Film Type Sulphur Burner has auto feed control of melt and has features of easy for immediate stoppage, god sulphur consumption and no sublimation. The Burner has the feature of quick start up. The Burner has four point temperature indications at various stages from sulphur melt to final gas and over current protection for pump motor. The Burner is designed with oil-fired pre-heater for preheating of main furnace if required at the beginning. The Burner has melt feed pump with stroke variation arrangement for adjusting the desired feed and maintains constant and accurate feed of melt to combustion chamber and maintains constant gas production. The Burner has variable capacity and is designed with vertical water jacketed primary cooler and secondary cooler to obtain desired outlet temperature of so2 and avoid the flashing of water all around. The Film Type Sulphur Burner has melt feed pump provided with stroke variation arrangement for adjusting the desired feed and it maintains constant and accurate feed of melt to combustion chamber and maintains constant gas production.
