Glass filled Nylons Liners are used in electrified rails to provide insulation due to its non-conducting nature. These Liners prevent the rail foot from getting damaged due to the impact from the ERC. These Liners are manufactured using glass filled nylon to impart high strength. These Glass filled Nylons Liners are embedded in PSC [concrete] sleepers for use of screws on such sleepers.
