Pole type AC Alternator is suitable for use in agriculture sectors as well as in domestic applications. The AC Alternator is equipped with slip rings which are made from a special copper bronze metal. The AC Alternator is fitted with ball or roller bearings of adequate capacity to ensure trouble free running with most types of drives. Pole type AC Alternator can work in single phase mode on 10 KVA to 20 KVA and three phase mode on 10 KVA to 125 KVA power supply range.
Key Features of Pole type AC Alternator
- Cooling air is drawn through the machine by an adequate by proportioned fan which is effectively protected by an aluminium casted screen.
- Slip rings are made from a special copper bronze metal.
- Brush Gear: The design of the Brush Hoder is the result of long experience in the manufacture of these machines. The simple construction of the Brush gear maintains constant brush pressure by means of springs.
- Bearings: fitted with ball or Roller bearings of adequate capacity to ensure trouble free running with most types of drives. Lubrication nipples are fitted to facilitate greasing.
