Product Profile of Automatic Solvent Extraction Plant

Automatic Solvent Extraction Plant is continuous and fully automatic intended for medium and large scale processing and is designed to have good solvent meal contact to have optimum recovery of oil. The Plant has draining time to reduce solvent containing extracted meal which will reduce the load on the DT and has rinsing and back washing system to keep the band conveyor clean which will provide better percolation and avoid flooding. The Plant has separation system to reduce fines in the final miscella which ultimately help to reduce load on the distillation system and will give solvent free oil with minimum fines and sludge. The Plant helps to avoid scale formation in the distillation system and helps to minimize over heating of the oil and reduce utility consumption. The Plant is offered with vapour recovery system for good recovery of solvent from vent vapours has no side vapour ducting that eliminates frequent cleaning of vapour ducting and ensures all vapour is passing through the meal bed before reaching to the vapour line, fines carried along with the vapour is minimum. The Automatic Solvent Extraction Plant has level controlling system that helps in better contact time and completes desolventising and maximum heat utilisation from the vapour.
