Straight Line Carton with AC Motor is suitable for folding and gluing small sizes mono cartons with accurate folding. The Carton has automatic friction feeder which enables continuous paper-feeding. The Carton has maximum line speed of 250 m/ minute; power needed of 3.7 KW 400 V and has weight of 3000 kg. The Carton has both upper, lower conveyors are belt driven and upper conveyors are designed for quick lift up and all sealed bearings are used, reduces jams due to paper dust. The Carton requires minimum maintenance and has adjustable pressing unit, ac motors with control drive. The Carton can be availed with optional feeder auto clutch, electronic batch counter with photo sensor and electro-mechanical ejector, extended pressing unit for quick dry and online packing.
