Industrial Grade Rotary Kiln has shell which is made of thick B.Q. Plate or of equivalent quality, electrically welded, cylindrical type. The Rotary Kiln is designed with tyres that are fixed on 4 nos rollers, fixed on shafts, placed on phosphorus bronze bearings in water cooled bearing blocks. The Rotary Kiln is equipped with thrusters that are set perpendicularly to the face of the tyres, to prevent the kiln from moving uphill or downhill. Industrial Grade Rotary Kiln has motor which is fitted with gear box through a heavy resilient spring grid coupling.
