Green Pepper in Brine is used in making sauces, meat processing industries, steak preparations and in the food service sector. The Green Pepper is properly washed and cleaned and put in to a brine solution. The Green Pepper is stored in 17% &plusmin; 2% salt solution and washed three times in 45 days and each time changing the brine solutions, so that the green pepper berries are properly matured. The Green Pepper in Brine comes packed in HDPE food grade cans or as required.
