High Speed Cheese Winder has each spindle fitted with a high-speed motor that runs on 0.25 HP, 3 phase and 2,800 RPM. The Cheese Winder is facilitated with magnetic clutch type drive system which depending upon the film tape tension, can automatically adjust the speed of the winding shaft in order to reach proper winding tension. The Cheese Winder is equipped with dancing pulley and its take up arm lever is connected to magnetic clutch working on swing motor principle. High Speed Cheese Winder comes with metallic cam and hardened steel cam.
