Box Compression Tester with End Limit Stop is used to test the compression resistance of corrugated and non-corrugated boxes and provides the digital display of load and deformation. The Tester comes designed with memory for retaining peak value, automatic or normal zero setting, over load and over travel protection facilities. The Tester has platten size of 600 X 600 mm/ 1000 X 1000 mm, load capacity from 0 to 2000 kg and can be availed with optional window based software for interfacing main unit with computer and printer, for computer based control, data collection and data analysis for arithmetic mean, max, minimum, standard coefficient of variation maximum/ minimum of series, peak value, selection of unit either Kgf or KN and graphical presentation of test series and real time graph. The Tester comes with two parallel platen one fixed and one movable with for load cell or one centralised jumbo load cell of good accuracy and maximum travel of 1000 mm with normal ball screw of low friction, test speed of 5 mm to 50 mm per minutes, strokes from 500 to 1000 mm, capacity from 1000 kgf/ 10 kn to 5000 kgf/ 50 kn, net weight of 750 kg, gross weight of 900 kg. The Box Compression Tester with End Limit Stop has the feature that peak value is picked and displayed on 4.5 digital displays and has automatic end limit stop.
