Defatted and Untoasted Soya Grits are used as an ingredient in breads, aqua feed, cakes, biscuits, frozen deserts, baked food and other food products. These Soya Grits comprise of protein in a range of 50 to 52%. These Defatted Soya Grits contain moisture in a range varying from 6% to 8%. Defatted and Untoasted Soya Grits contain sand and silica in a range of 0.20 to 0.40%.
