Photo Emulsion for Rotary Screens features smooth and uniform coating layer. The Photo Emulsion can be used for machine coating as well as hand coating of rotary screens of all mesh count. The Photo Emulsion is chemically and mechanically resistant to all printing pastes after polymerisation for 2 hrs at 180° C. The Photo Emulsion for Rotary Screens is to be well mixed with sensitizer one day prior to use and kept overnight in cool and dry place.
