Product Profile of Power Saver Synthetic Spindle Tapes
Power Saver Synthetic Spindle Tapes consists of three layers such as top layer which is meant for better grip to transmit maximum power from the tin roller, bottom layer which is well blended fabric with natural fibre to absorb the heat in the spindles and also to prevent the speed variation in three spindles when one spindle is stopped for piecing and middle layer which is made of 100% polyimide in the middle to increase strength and minimise elongation. The Tapes save up to 16% in power consumption. The Tapes has very low slip character due to better grip and practically zero elongation. The Power Saver Synthetic Spindle Tapes has low variation in rpm of spindle speeds even when one spindle is stopped.
