Dried Processed Mustard Seeds come from two large shrubs, Brassica juncea [brown mustard] and Brassica hirta [white mustard], native to Asia. These Mustard Seeds have hot and spicy flavour that enhances meats, fish, fowl, sauces, and salad dressings.
