Industrial Grade Boiler Tubes have complicated shapes that allow inspection openings and burner throats and fabrication require intricate binding on CNC programmable bending machines and checking on 3d layouts. The Boiler Tubes are designed with ends swaged/ reduced to small diameter or expanded to higher diameter. The Boiler Tubes have the feature that the ends can be availed fully ground and annealed to facilitate expansion or bevelled to weld to header stubs. The Industrial Grade Boiler Tubes are offered in such a manner that the gas tight panel can be made by welding fins to tubes using low temperature automatic welding machines using co2 and filler wires.
