• Bed is made of close grained graded casting and heavily ribbed high rigidity. The hand scrapped scrapped V- Flat table guide ways lined with Turcite ‘B’ linear bearing material to prevent stick slip motion.
• Work head spindle speed infinitely variable through DC OR AC drive. Spindle hardened and ground runs on precision antifriction P4 grade bearing.
• Comprises of hardened & ground feed screw for high positing accuracy & nut provided with backlash adjustment.
• Dresser is mounted on main table. Dressing compensation available in Automatic grinding cycle.
• Hydraulic P.P with DC solenoid valves & Coolant are housed outside the machine as a separate unit to facilitate easy maintenance.
