Molten metal is atomised by the metal spray gun with the help of compressed air and gets deposited on rough and clean work surface by way of fine spray. During operation, an electric arc is maintained between two metal wires by dc rectifier. Due to the presence of compressed air, the object does not get heated while spraying. The main objective of the metal spray gun is to coat the metal by cold process with super bonding. The operating and maintenance cost of this model of the metal spray gun is very less and the coating is dense, uniform and fast.
