This is unique product developed by speedfam in order to have contamination free lapping oil for reuse.
It has one abrasive mixture collecting tank in which abrasive mixture is poured. The abrasive is separated by settling process & clear oil passes through other chember, once it is overflowed from first receiving tank.
Second chamber provides settling of abrasives if any, left one from first reservoir. The clear oil is being overflown to final chember from which oil can be taken out for reuse.
Viewing windows are provided on the system to varify the level of abrasive settled & necessity of cleaning.
Applications:- for reclaiming of lapping oil.
