This double side lapping machine is an upgraded version in 4 way double side lapping or polishing machine. This machine to serves critical needs for getting , to achieve the best possible in flatness, parallelism, thickness control and surface finish. The upper lapping plate and lower lapping plates of the lapping machine rotate in opposite direction to each other. The components to be lapped are placed in ccarriers which are geared and driven in planetary motion between upper and lower lapping plates in which the components are to be kept due to outer and inner gear. These carriers also rotate, while revolving in the same direction as of the lower plate, thereby creating a 4 way motion. This lappinge machine can produce a flatness of 0.3 microns or less, parallelisum of 2 microns an surface finish of 0.02 ra, parts with minimum thickness of 0.07 mm to maximum 25 mm can be processed on these machines.
