Recirculation of slurry:
Speedfam`s abrasive feeding system keeps the abrasive & vehicle mixture in homogeneous condition all the time to ensure optimum usage of abrasive particle in cutting process, which helps to increase the stock removal rate. This also helps to reduce consumable cost & the cycle time & hence more output as compared to non recirculation type system. The stirrer in the system provides continuously stirring during & in between two cycles. The tank is equipped with the casters for easy movement of system for disposal.
