- Grain is tangentially fed to the rotor through intake conveyor with a constant speed and quantity.
- Rotor carefully picks up the product and brushes it against the scouring jacket.
- The intense whirling motion of the grain layer results in Friction between the kernels, kernel and rotor and between kernel and scouring jacket.
- Mixture of air and water to be added simultaneously in the machine for polishing the individual kernel.
- Bran is collected at a proper place with the help of Pneumatic conveying system.
- The cleaned grain is tailed over the discharged at the outlet
- Polishing can be increased or decreased by setting the outlet valve.
