Vertically Mounted Hydraulic Rotor is designed as a lift system that is provided with a rotor and scraper blades that can be raised and lowered hydraulically in minimal space requirements. The Hydraulic Rotor completes the purging of the air at the beginning of the run and thus resulting into less product loss at shut down because of draining by gravity. The Hydraulic Rotor ensures continuous product flow wherein the heat gets transferred through the cylinder wall and the blades in the systems scrape the wall surface.
