Product Profile of Insulated Type House Wire
Insulated type House Wire uses pure electrolyte grade copper conductor which are annealed and bunched together. The House Wire is insulated with polyvinyl chloride compound over conductor by the process of dual extrusion using art extrusion lines with required thickness of insulation. The House Wire is also insulated with specially formulated FR- polyvinyl chloride compound which gives flame retardancy for safety. Insulated type House Wire is designed with an outer skin that determines the colour identification while the inner layer is pure insulation which provides extra protection.
Applications of Insulated type House Wire:
- Multipurpose or temporary wiring in the form of extension leads as well as in appliances
- Ideal for concealed wiring
Key Features of Insulated Type House Wire
- The conductor used in these wires is pure electrolyte grade copper are annealed and bunched together
- No over heating and less energy consumption
- Polyvinyl chloride compound is insulated over conductor by the process of dual extrusion using art extrusion lines with required thickness of insulation
- Also insulated with specially formulated FR- polyvinyl chloride compound which gives flame retardancy for safety
- FR-polyvinyl chloride compound features higher oxygen index, temperature index, higher insulation resistance and dielectric strength
- These properties help in restricting the spread of fire even at very high temperatures
- The outer skin determines the colour identification while the inner layer is pure insulation which provides extra protection
