Dosa Plate with In- Built Drain is available with a shelf underneath and in a variety of dimensions. The Dosa Plate has a 16mm thick steel top, built-in drain and an oil collection drawer. The Dosa Plate is attached with stainless steel paneling and bottom cross bracing which serve to strengthen the griddles.
