Mild Steel Made Portable Office has shell that is made using steel, comprising of base frame, peripheral structure, self draining roof, entry doors and of windows and the four top corners are strengthened to facilitate transportation, lifting and placing. The Office has all vertically and horizontal corners neatly and smoothly finished with aluminium sections and the panelling of side walls and roof is 9 mm thick decorative laminated board. The Office has door of double skin steel construction with 40 mm thick glass wool insulation and the peripheral edges of the door is be sealed with double gaskets to make it waterproof and leak proof. The Office has a base frame made of pressed mild steel channel section of 125 X 70 mm c channel and 100 X 50 mm i-channel for cross sections and has 50 mm thick glass wool insulation that is used for walls and 50 mm thick glass wool insulation to be provided for roof. The Office has floor of 19 mm thick marine plywood made and is fixed by self taping screw and PVC vinyl flooring is fixed on the panel. The Mild Steel Made Portable Office is offered in epoxy zinc phosphate primer and synthetic epoxy painted manner.
