Industrial Grade Drum Thickener is made using stainless steel perforated plate having 3mm thickness and has a hole diameter of 22mm. The Drum Thickener is equipped with a cast iron spring ring at both ends that are centrally mounted on an EN-8 shaft which is supported on 2 bearings with bearing housing at both ends. The Drum Thickener is provided with a gland arrangement and a stainless steel is mounting on the thickener vat for cleaning the thickener drum mesh continuously. Industrial Grade Drum Thickener also featured with wooded baffle is fitted on the drum to remove thickened pulp from the vat having a gear and gear pinion.
