Horizontal Type Vibrating Screen consists of a mild steel screening having 8mm thickness plate and also has stainless steel plate having 3mm diameter holes. The Vibrating Screen is equipped with a shaft supported on two heavy duty bearings in a cast iron bearing housing that are fitted to the centre of the screening. The Vibrating Screen is freely carried on four coiled spring which rests on a mild steel fabricated bottom vat made from 8mm plate provided with an adjustable partition for maintaining the level of the accepted pulp. Horizontal Type Vibrating Screen is driven by separately mounted electric motor by coupling directly to the screen through a flexible shaft.
