Horizontal Type AC Pulper consists of a mild steel cylindrical shell having 8mm to 12mm thickness plate that are welded to end cones on either side supported by four mild steel fabricated legs. The Pulper works on a speed of 1440 RPM ensuring a production capacity from 5tons per 24 hours to 70 tons per hour and is equipped with 304 grade stainless steel cast impeller that is fixed on one side of the shaft supported by two heavy duty special roller bearing housing. The Pulper is also featured with stainless steel perforated screen of 10mm thickness having hole diameter of 6mm or 8mm and a bottom outlet. Horizontal Type AC Pulper comes with a waste rejection box with transparent glass for easy and timely operation that is graded with cast iron driven and drive pulley.
