The Band Heater is designed with a resistance wire that is enclosed in a small diameter quartz tube running parallel to each other and mounted in a special housing. Mica and Ceramic Band Heater is extensively used in varied range of heating and cooling applications like thermo forming, plastic forming, shrink packaging tunnels and drying textiles.
