Extruded HDPE Jacketed Piping System is process driven system that is developed to eliminate problems inherent in foam injected systems and is meant for fluids from cryogenic temperatures up to 250° F. The Piping System is insulated using a special spray applied continuous feed insulating process which works in line with extruded high density polyethylene plastic material and is designed for both above and underground insulated pipe applications. The Piping System comes with high tensile and flexural strength having free rise allows cell structure of the foam to be uniform in all directions. Extruded HDPE Jacketed Piping System ensures void free operations and does not dissipate from the cell like other water-based agents maintaining cell structure and thermal value.
