The Water Based Cleaner has good wetting capabilities and free rinsing properties of IT-5003 solution to provide an exceptional cleaner for removing difficult soils and contaminants. The Water Based Cleaner removes grease, oils, waxes and particulates from automotive, aircraft, and similar mechanical components. The Water Based Cleaner Concentrate is soluble in water, methanol, ethanol, acetone, acetic acid, and ethyl acetate.
