Double Station Compression Moulding Hydraulic Press is made using thermo set plastics and rubber with a load carrying capacity of 300ton. The Hydraulic Press has a single speed operation and is equipped with insulated mould platens to prevent undue heat transfers. The Hydraulic Press has a pump and electric motor that stop upon releasing down push button after achieving clamping tonnage which is maintained by holding valves. Double Station Compression Moulding Hydraulic Press is featured with PID temperature controllers for each station with two zones per station with Thermocouple sensors.
