Low Solid Based Soldering Flux is completely non-halide and show outstanding solderability on all types of board including SMDS. The Soldering Flux gives excellent wetting on surface mounted components and leaves no visible flux residue after soldering. The Soldering Flux does not require any further cleaning, but if very high ionic cleanliness is needed, the residue can be removed by solvent or saponification cleaning. The Low Solid Based Soldering Flux is suitable for use in various industrial sectors.
