Jar Filling & Capping Machine is designed with auto in-feed and out-feed and is fully automatic in operation. The Filling & Capping Machine is based on gravity filling principal where it is pneumatically lifted and sealed against the filling valve. The Filling & Capping Machine is also equipped with CIP provision of CIP dummy bottle. The Jar Filling & Capping Machine is fitted with vibratory type/ conveyor based online cap feeder and online pneumatic cap sealer.
