Corrosion Resistance Helmet Tester provides protective coatings on metal parts of helmets to withstand corrosion. The Tester sprays the helmet with a solution based on the ratio of sodium chloride and distilled water at a room temperature for a period of 24 hours before the helmet is washed in running tap water, dried, and inspected for signs of corrosion. The Tester carries on the spraying process through compressed air through two nozzles at right angles to each other where the pressure is regulated with a regulator. Corrosion Resistance Helmet Tester is a compact designed device which makes the helmet run for a long period of time ensuring its durability.
