- The polarizing intermediate attachment has built in Bertrand lens unit on rotating turret. For conoscopy a swing in/ swing -out analyzer and DIN standard compensator slot accommodating IST order red sensitive tint plate and 1/4 wavelength retardation plate
- Stand has quadruple ball bearing nose piece , co-axial coarse and fine motion on ball bearing guides and a circular graduated stage with increment locking camp
