Traffic Control and Management System is distributed among multiple hardware blocks, crossing boundaries of a single card or system. The Traffic Control system can provide dynamic allocation according to changing traffic demands. The Traffic Control System communicates with the various system parts and with the outside world enabling easy upgrading of the software through remote downloading. Traffic Control and Management System is designed with a power feed subsystem that works on a very low voltage and a traffic paths data flow which provide the fabric through which the data for the tributary interfaces and the bypassing data are transported.
