Vertical/ Horizontal type Milk Silo is available in various capacities such as 5000, 10000, 15000 and 1, 00,000 litres. The Milk Silo is ideal for storing chilled raw milk or pasteurized milk. The Milk Silo is provided with insulated tank which has the capacity of storing large amount of milk for hours and that too at chilled condition without any rise in temperature. Vertical/ Horizontal type Milk Silo is compact and rigid in construction and requires minimal maintenance.

- 2mm-2.5 thick outer shell made of SS 304 or 3mm thick outer shell of MS cold rolled CDCA sheet
- MS tank with 1 anti-corrosive primer coat and 2 dairy enamel paint coat
- Three layered insulation
- 25mm rock wool first layer compressed to 10mm
- 50 mm thick second layer made of polystyrene bonded by hot bitumen
- 40 mm thick polystyrene sheet third layer to reduce air pockets that is bonded by hot bitumen
