Drop Bottom Quench type Batch Furnace is ideal for solution treatment of aluminium alloy rings for aerospace application. The Batch Furnace can work for a maximum temperature of 600 degree C and has 20 tons/ batch capacity. The Batch Furnace is available with ceramic fibre module lining and provided with hydro motor for lifting and quenching the charge. Drop Bottom Quench type Batch Furnace is designed with PLC control system and Thyristor and PID controller for temperature uniformity.
