Copper Tape Insulating/ Sealing Machine is equipped with caterpillar with reduction gearbox and PIV to give fine controlled linear speed to the conductors. The Sealing Machine is provided with Pay-off supply stand with disc brake with or without hydraulic lifting or lowering spool. The Sealing Machine is designed with a main drive with 5 HP DC motor with Thyristor control unit. Copper Tape Insulating/ Sealing Machine has Non-contact infra-red temperature indicator/controller to measure the temperature of strip after it passes from induction heater.
