Hard Quenched/ Tempered Steel Strip is first heated to create a solid solution of iron and carbon in a process called austenizing which is followed by quenching. The Steel Strip is then tempered by heating between the ranges of 150–260 degree C and 370–650 degree C. The Steel Strip is strong and rigid in construction and requires minimal maintenance. Hard Quenched/ Tempered Steel Strip is widely used in various sectors and can be custom made in various shapes and sizes as per specific requirements.
