Clean Room Self Contained Air Shower is designed as self contained chambers installed at entrances to clean rooms and other controlled environments. The Self Contained Air Shower minimizes particulate matter entering or exiting the clean space. The Self Contained Air Shower scrubs personnel and materials entering or exiting the controlled environment by high velocity HEPA-filtered air jets with velocities of 20-22m/s [4000-4300fpm]. The Clean Room Self Contained Air Shower filters and re-circulates contaminated air.
