Hoist with Push Button type Controller is provided with limit switches of either snap action or rotary geared type are provided to prevent over hoisting, or `over lowering. The Hoist is available with push button type controllers for the device operated at 110 volts keeping in mind operator safety. The Hoist is provided with alloy steel or carbon steel made gear which is enclosed within a closes casing for oil bath lubrication. Hoist with Push Button type Controller is attached with shank type lifting hook of forged steel is provided with thrust bearing for swiveling.

Key Features of Hoist With Push Button Type Controller

• Wire rope drum either steel fabricated or machined out of seam less tube is grooved as per is 3938. All drums are designed to accommodate only one layer of winding without overlapping.
• The entire frame is robust and is made out of graded steel plates in either bolted or welded construction.
• The wire ropes provided are made out of 6x36 or6x37 construction having either steel core or fiber core with a minimum safety factor of five.
• All gears are made of graded alloy steel or carbon steel, enclosed within a closes casing for oil bath lubrication.
• Lifting hook of shank type made out of forged steel is provided with thrust bearing for swiveling. The hooks are tested as per is 8610 & 15570.
• Guide wheel spacing is designed to suit available sizes of I-beams for convenient erection
