Product Profile of Recirculation Type Solid Contact Clarifier
Recirculation Type Solid Contact Clarifier is used for clarification, silica reduction, lime softening or organics reduction of water and waste waters containing suspended solids, colour and organic impurities. The Clarifier is designed with two more truss type structures are placed at 90 degrees to the bridge. The Clarifier ensures that walkway from one end of the tank to the drive centre and two meters beyond are provided. Key Features of Recirculation Type Solid Contact Clarifier
- Main bridge (lattice type) spanning the full diameter of the tank is made out of truss type fabricated MS structures and has a minimum of 1000 mm width. It is firmly anchored on RCC tank wall
- Two more truss type structures are placed at 90 degrees to the bridge, spanning the tank diameter and duly anchored to the wall to help suspend and hold the draft tube and detention hood. All these are properly spliced for transportation
- Walkway from one end of the tank to the drive centre and two meters beyond is provided, made of 5 mm thick chequered plates. Access ladders within the bridge walkway and impeller drive is also provided. Hand railings, 1 meter tall is made 0+32 NBJ 25 NB, B class pipes cover the full walkway and is spliced for transportation
