Product Profile of Industrial Grade Peripherally Driven Clarifier
Industrial grade Peripherally Driven Clarifier is available with I.S.M.C. Channels or lattice bridge type constructed bridges which depend upon the diameter. The Clarifier is highly suitable for installation in RCC tanks with 0.30 meter free board, suitable size, centre water depth and diameter. The Clarifier is designed with hand railings of 1 meter high all along the two edges of the bridge, made out of 32 NB/ 25 NB `B` class ERW pipes. Industrial grade Peripherally Driven Clarifier is strong and rigid in construction and requires minimal maintenance.
Key Features of Industrial Grade Peripherally Driven Clarifier
- The bridges are fabricated out of I.S.M.C. channels or lattice bridge type construction depending upon the diameter.
- The bridge is effectively cross-braced for sturdiness and has a chequered plate walkway all over the length
- There exist hand railings of 1 meter high all along the two edges of the bridge, made out of 32 NB /25 NB B class ERW pipes
- The mechanism is peripherally driven type, having the bridge spanning half of the diameter of the tank and having two independent flocculates at 180 degrees apart within the flocculation tank
- On the centre R.C.C. Pier of 900 mm, is the slewing ring type turn table of 900 mm diameter over a base plate
- The base plate is anchored to the R.C.C. Pier
- Bridge centre support is rested over the turntable
- The bridge is connected to the bridge centre support through hinge pin/ pivot arrangements, to ensure smooth running at uneven levels of R.C.C. wall surface
