Product Profile of Fabricated Centrally Driven Clarifier

Fabricated Centrally Driven Clarifier is used for waste water treatment and best suited for installation in RCC tanks of 0.50 meter free board, SWD etc. The Clarifier comprises of various features like precise engineering, high strength and robust design. The Clarifier is designed with Internal gear cum worm drive type turn table resting over a mild steel base frame on the RCC centre pier. Fabricated Centrally Driven Clarifier is designed with walkway cum driving bridge of 1000 mm wide with 1 meter high hand railings and 5 mm thick chequered plate.

Key Features of Fabricated Centrally Driven Clarifier

• Internal gear cum worm drive type turn table resting over a mild steel base frame on the RCC centre pier (S type)
• Main drive consisting of a centre mechanism with internal gears through which the scraper cage is hung. This internal gear in turn is run by a ‘A’
• Type worm drive head with drive pinion on output end
• Walkway cum driving bridge of 1000 mm wide with 1 meter high hand railings and 5 mm thick chequered plate walkway for the full length of bridge
• The mechanism would be of Central Driven Type with the bridge spanning the tank radius, one end over the tank wall and the other over a centre mechanism cum turn table in the centre pier. The feed may be brought into the tank through this pier
