Double Walled Vertical Autoclave is available with stainless steel sheet made inner chamber. The Vertical Autoclave is designed with MM steel sheet finished with powder coating outer chamber. The Vertical Autoclave is made using quality grade raw material which ensures optimum durability along with long lasting trouble free service. Double Walled Vertical Autoclave is application specific in design and accurate in dimension.

Key Features of Double Walled Vertical Autoclave

• The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS 304 grade and it is specially fusion welded to prevent steam loss
• The outer chamber is made of MM steel sheet finished with powder coating (or) stainless steel sheet according to requirement
• The drain valve is provided at the bottom side of the Autoclave
• The top lid and the mouth of the inner chamber are made of heavy gauge stainless steel plate and are accurately machined to form a steam tight joint
• When the top lid is closed the lid is sealed to the mouth of the inner chamber by means of a neoprene gasket and stainless steel ring nuts. pressure gauge, safety valve, vacuum breaker and steam release valve are fitted on the top lid
• The Top Lid can be opened with the help of a Pedal Lifter. Pressure is adjustable from 0 psi to 20/30 psi +/- 2 psi
• The Heating is by means of a superior quality water immersion heater fitted at the bottom side of the inner chamber
• A stainless steel Heater cover-curve stand covers the Heaters
