Assembly Line Monitoring System interconnects all the stations in an assembly line to a supervisor. The Assembly Line Monitoring System is provided with a station monitoring unit which allows the operator at particular station to convey any problem at the station causing the assembly line hold up. The Assembly Line Monitoring System is featured with liquid crystal display unit of 320 X 240 pixels along with 20 keys keypad to display the problems conveyed by several stations and helps the supervisor to get onto the voice channel to speck to a particular station and get to know more details. Assembly Line Monitoring System has the provision to make a voice call to the supervisor either to communicate a cause or hold up not found on the keypad or to describe already conveyed cause in detail.
