Product Profile of Concrete Pipe Making Machine

Concrete Pipe Making Machine is manually operated machine for producing almost any type of high quality concrete pipe, box culverts and manhole system including reinforced and non reinforced pipe, circular and non circular pipe with a bell or in wall joint, lined pipe, jacking pipe, manhole risers, cones, base section and cover slabs. The Machine has diameter ranging from 300 to 1500 mm for circular unit, dimensions up to 60" X 60" for square units and length up to 2.50 metres. The Machine can be availed with a number of features that make operation and handling easy, such as swivel automation for swivel arm and concrete feeder, including pendant switch for operation of concrete feeder, vibrator and swivel arm, stationary control panel, hydraulic pressing/ rocking function, top ring system, lifting hole equipment, reinforcement centring equipment, pneumatic equipment for casting of lined pipe, elevating system, cooling system for the vibrator etc. The Concrete Pipe Making Machine has in-built system for quick mould change down in 15 to 30 minutes and comes with the option of manufacturing more than one pipe diameter per day.
