High Pressure Rectangular Shaped Autoclave is ideal for sterilizing the liquids sealed in glass containers such as ampoules, vials and bottles and also for porous goods such as filters, garments etc. The Autoclave is a fully S.S. CGMP model specially designed to work under 14.5 lbs PSI at 121degree C. The Autoclave is designed with 6mm thick S.S. Plate fabricated shell chamber as per specific requirements. High Pressure Rectangular Shaped Autoclave is available in various sizes such as 2 X 2 X 4, 3 X 3 X 4 and 3 X 3 X 5 inches as per specific requirements.
High Pressure Rectangular Shaped Autoclave has the following features:
- Ideal for sterilizing the liquids sealed in glass containers such as ampoules, vials and bottles and also for porous goods such as filters, garments etc.
- A fully S.S. CGMP model specially designed to work under 14.5 lbs PSI at 12 degree C.
- Shell chamber is duly fabricated with 6mm thick S.S. Plate according to size and dimension.
- Outer S.S. Body is insulated in between with thick glass wool.
- Both ends doors are fabricated with 8mm thick S.S. Plate.
- Complete with radial locking arms.
- The Door handles have ebonite sleeves.
- Comes with three tier system inside the Shell such as base plate and two intermediary shelves.
- Each of the upper shelve have two perforated S.S. Trays made of 18 SWG S.S. Sheet.
- Mounted on S.S. Tubular structure.
- Comes with vapour thermometer,4 inch pressure gauge, safety valve, pressure release valve and steam inlet cock also provided with steam trap and water drainage cock at bottom.
- Available in various sizes such as 2 X 2 X 4, 3 X 3 X 4 and 3 X 3 X 5 inches.
