Product Profile of 32Mm Thick Moulded Door Shutter
32mm Thick Moulded Door Shutter consists of solid core single leaf Flush Door of 30mm thickness, lipped with 15mm thick X 30mm width on one stiles and top rails. The Door Shutter also has 10mm thick X 30mm width on the other stiles and bottom rails. The Door Shutter comprises of inner panel laminated with 1mm thick termite proof, water proof and fire resistant moulded polyvinyl chloride sheet with 2, 4, 6 raised panel design in different plain. 32mm Thick Moulded Door Shutter is designed with prelam colours on one side after routing the moulded design on flush door and 1mm plain or prelam polyvinyl chloride sheet on other side.
